SnapDraw

Cut out any part of the screen and keep it floating above every window. Drag it, resize it, or scroll to make it see-through while you work next to it.

Draw on a capture with a pen, a highlighter, text, arrows and shapes, or pick a colour from anywhere on screen. A fixed frame captures the same area again and again, and a timer can capture it at intervals.
