Chief Engineer
2022 – NowLeading engineering across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and cross-platform mobile apps, from back-office systems to the apps customers use.
A bit more about the person behind the work.
I make small, quiet apps. Four are for iPhone, one is for the Mac, and one lives on the web. Each one does a single job and tries to stay out of the way.
I started in 2007 as a UX designer. In 2010 I started a company of my own, and a year later I co-founded another, where I stayed until 2017 and worked on everything from product strategy to engineering.
After that I led a professional services team, then moved into product development. Since 2022 I have been a chief engineer, looking after data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and the apps people use on the web and on their phones.
In 2025 I began shipping apps of my own on the side, starting with tools for the Mac and the web. Four iPhone apps followed in early 2026.
Below are the things I am working on right now.
Leading engineering across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure and cross-platform mobile apps, from back-office systems to the apps customers use.
Single-purpose apps for iPhone, the Mac and the web, made by one person. Six are out so far.
